1. Compared to writing traditional essays as you have in other classes, were the expectations of the blog assignment easier, harder or just different? In other words, was it clear to you what the format of a blog was and how to produce one?
The blogger and my other class assignments has the same expectations because they expect the essays to have examples, voice, and a clear arguement. Writing in blogger improved my writing because I expand my writting. Producing a blog has to have a thesis, every paragraphs has to have topic sentence and they paragraph has to have clear explainations and end of the blog has to have a conclusion.
2. Did the blog assignments, and the requirement to create a blog, relate to the class topics and course objectives? Why or why not?
The blog assignments did had alot of relations to my other classes especially my english 100 class because there was question topics related to english 100 lecture. Such as, in English 100 class we watched the presuaders and we had to write a paper on it, there was a question from the blog assignment related to my paper.
3. Did the non-text elements of the blog program contribute to your learning in this class? Did they get in the way? Or did they have no affect at all?
Doing the blog assignments exercised my brain and help me expand my ideas. Also, they werent getting in the way because its our responsibility to do the assignment. Doing the blog assignment was really awesome and really like it.

A Picture worth a thousand words

“Is a picture worth a thousand words?”.
Many paintings like photography, and paintings, especially sculptures has a meaning in each one like emotions, feelings, and expression of life. Artist has put a lot of effort in their work. Every work was been done by artist are really unique because its an once in life time viewing an particular art structure. Viewers enjoy viewing art because it has connection with the artist also, have a connection with there soul but some viewers like the creativity of art. I think a picture worth a thousand words because they are one-of-a-kind, fits with the artist emotions and connects with the viewers life.
They are collectors around the world, and some are fascinated by an artist work. Dorothy and Herbert Vogel has collected unique art like paintings and sculpture. The Vogel collected art since in the early 1960s, they focus on unusual paintings that has connection with their prescience. Mr. Vogel quoted, “we never bought anything because we thought it was important. We bought things we liked. It’s not about price. It’s about feeling”. As collectors the Vogel found feelings of each painting. Collecting for years they collect of 4000 pieces and donated 50 pieces to each state of museums called 50x50.
A picture is worth over thousand words. I think its true because they are over a billion people on this world and if they see a picture. Each person think different from others so, pictures has over a billion words from everyone in this world. Pictures takes a snap shot of the world and delivers gives the meaning of life and emotions to us, humans. Every picture is unique and one of a kind because it’s a once and life time thing.
So, I think a picture is worth a thousand words because they have different meanings to everyone around the world. A picture can add up a thousand words if the person looks beyond the picture. Also, taking pictures of memories are full of emotions from happiness, or sadness. A snap shot of life are memories that is worth having through a life time. Kevin Arnold quoted, “Memory is a way of holding on to the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose.”

Why do people believe in conspiracy?
Hundred of years many people believe in something that does not exist or it’s not proven that exist. There are reasons that people believe in something like religion, unexplainable creatures or magic because if we did not believe it would not make us human. When a person that believes in something they don’t get the same respect from everyone. Exploring the world of religion and science, should we believe it or not?
Every religion cultures have a god but many people do in different cultures does not respect each other’s religion. In India, there is a fight between Hindu and Christianity and many people died because of what they believe. In Science, scientist believes in figuring the mean of life or observing and explaining why how this world works. Scientist has many beliefs but they are not sure if it’s correct. Albert Einstein quoted "A legitimate conflict between science and religion cannot exist. Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind".
I’m from a Native American tribe call Navajo. I believe in my religion and science because I hear stories from elders that medicine men or women used to star gaze with crystals and they pray to the sun and sunset. We also have healing ceremonies that is really powerful but to a different race it is unbelievable. There are some that use black magic because of jealousy and sometimes for no reason. Our religion has the same stories as most religions, such as christains. Christains have stories about Adam and Eve and we have stories about Frist Man and Frist Woman walking on this world. Reseachers say every religion has the same stories but some deny it. So, I believe in science and religion because they might both provide the answer why were here.

Does our spending just deal with American popular culture?
Living here in the United Stated of America our economy is heading down south because house mortgages are low, unemployment, and urging our citizens to spend money. Mostly every individual in the United States want to save money for their kid’s future or saving to have their expensive manufactured item like electronics, cars, and etc. Does our spending just deal with American popular culture?
Our popular culture makes the every American citizen unique because we spend our money on clothing, jewelry, and other merchandise just to make us who we are. Usually our spending is idiotic because we get items base on what we want, not what we need. Maybe, it’s the commercials that we see on television and persuading us to spend, spend and spend or it’s our own decision to make. When I go into an electronic store and say, “I think that television or stereo is broken inside the well packaged box.” I remember I received a present from my brother which was stereo. Stereos are not my kind of taste. I rather have an I-touch because I can carry music everywhere I go. I wasn’t satisfied getting a stereo because of the negative thoughts running through my head saying “I bet it’s broken”. We set up the stereo and fallowed the instructions that were given to us. Everything worked fine until we put a C.D disc in the stereo and it didn’t play. We clean the C.D and still it didn’t play. So the next day after Christmas we took it back and I exchanged it with an 8gigabite flash drive for school, headphones for my I-touch, and BOSE speakers for my laptop. When I went home and set up my speakers for my laptop. They didn’t work properly so, a week after that I return the speakers and got new ones. This time they worked fine. If the government wants us to spend money on products they should make satisfying merchandise’s or something that will work when you first set it up.
Technology has impact everyone in a good and bad way because we’re trying to cure cancer in labs, vehicles taking us to our jobs and computers for our education. When I think about technology I think about patients in the hospitals on the monitor, seat belts or Steven Hawking with his electronic voice synthesizer to communicate. Without technology where would we be? We would be walking 125 miles to see the Grand Canyon, can’t find the cure to diseases, and we would never made it to the moon. So I think the impact us somewhat in a good way. The bad way is where everyone doesn’t know how to use technology properly like texting while driving, nuclear bombs and being a gamer 24/7. If we can’t use technology properly, we pay the price like accidents, war, and destroying our eyes just to play a game on the television screen.
I think technology has impact everyone in different way because we don’t live the same life and we all have different point of views. Describing technology if it was good or bad should be coming from what we experience through this life.
